Terms of Service

DRGHL provides custom software and consulting services related to GoHighLevel (automations, Marketplace Apps, custom code, funnels, forms, and integrations). The website describes our capabilities and lets you request a discovery call. A separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) will govern any paid project engagement.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the site or APIs
• Submit false contact details or spam booking requests
• Interfere with other users' access to the site

Booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter a paid engagement. Call slots are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled by either party with reasonable notice. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so invitations and follow-ups can be delivered.

Fees, timelines, deliverables, access requirements (including GoHighLevel agency or sub-account access), and intellectual property terms for custom development work are defined in a separate agreement. Website content and case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results for every client.

Site content, branding, demos, and materials are owned by DRGHL or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission, except for personal evaluation of our services.

The site may integrate with third parties such as Google Calendar, hosting providers, or linked platforms (including GoHighLevel). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

The website and booking features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRGHL and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or booking features. Our aggregate liability related to the website shall not exceed USD $100.

Liability for paid project work is governed by the applicable client agreement, not these website Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRGHL from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DRGHL primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local rules.
